The staff at Novotel, especially Ms. Luba from reception, was excellent—friendly and helpful. She kindly allowed us a late check-out and assisted us in printing documents for a meeting the next day. The hotel itself is decent and well-located, just a short walk from the main train station and a variety of restaurants in central Geneva. I had heard that the area might be a bit shady, but I personally encountered nothing concerning. Geneva tends to close early, and this central area is one of the few places with some evening activity. Nearby, there is a laundromat and several excellent restaurants, while the local Migros supermarket is just up the road. The hotel's proximity to the train station also provides easy access to buses and trams, making it a convenient choice for travelers.

The hotel is hospitable and family friendly. The included breakfast is generous. The room is beautiful and pleasant. Smelled fresh and very clean. We visited with a teenager and the 2 double comfortable beds were a BIG PLUS . We used the gym and the sauna. The property is in a very good location for our vacation purpose. Quite, and in easy reach by walking to main attraction and swimming in the lake.

Location was perfect close to metro station and close to Flower clock, Jet d'Eau de Genève and St Pierre Cathedral. If you are person who love to shop then Rheu de Rhone street is perfect to find all the big brands. Ensure to visit, Cottage Café very country side cafe servicing really good desert and hospitality of the host is top notch. Its got both inside and outside seating and beautiful Brunswick Monument just stepping out to click some good pics and spend time reading book as well

The location is brilliant as a base to explore the city and the area around it. Staff are really helpful and hotel is clean bright and easy to navigate.

Good location near to the main train station. Plenty of food places nearby. Clean rooms.

The location was perfect, a 10 minute walk to the train station, and a 10 minute walk to the lake. Just what we needed for our family of 4. There were quite a few nice little bars and restaurants all around the area. Fresh water every day and coffee in the room.

1. The hotel is close to the lake (around 4-5 mins. walking) and many restaurants are nearby along with the train station. 2. Room was spacious for a hotel in Europe specifically in the downtown area. 3. They arrange for a free wheelchair during my stay as my wife had a broken leg. 4. Breakfast was ok and children under 15 were free to enter & they had pancakes for the kids. 5. Available parking within the hotel premises. 6. AC was cold

The location is great, very close to the train station. The staff was polite and helpful. Water and coffee were offered and refilled daily.
